Shipping & Handling
All rugs are shipped within 1 business so we can guarantee the quickest delivery anywhere in the United States. All of our packages are shipped Fed-Ex Ground, and all International packages are shipped UPS Expedited. International customers including Hawaii and Alaska please email us for additional charges. International customers are also responsible for all taxes and duties when rug(s) have arrived in your country. We do not have a pick-up facility at our warehouse, therefore we cannot allow pick-up by person. You must note that shipping charges all include the following: (Shipping, Handling, Wrapping, Insurance, and Warehouse Fees which are associated with every rug).
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us please notify us and obtain correct instructions on how to ship the rug back within 3 business days of receiving your rug(s). Once your rug(s) have arrived back to our warehouse, you will then be refunded your full purchase price less shipping and handling within 3-5 business days. For rugs with free shipping you will be refund your entire purchase.
